Adam joined Normandale as the Student Resource Center Coordinator in December 2024. Adam brings over 10 years of youth work experience, most recently as the Housing Program Director for Oasis for Youth, a Bloomington, MN. He is excited to bring his passion for youth work to Normandale and to use his knowledge of local resources to expand Normandale’s Students’ resource networks. In his spare time he enjoys bird watching, riding his bike, camping, playing video games, reading, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Paige has worked at Normandale for over 12 years. Paige is passionate about connecting students to basic needs resources to help them meet their goals. Prior to Normandale she worked in nonprofits and publishing. In her free time you can find her playing with her kids, running with friends, reading books, and cooking vegetarian food.

The Campus Cupboard provides Normandale students with free food and hygiene items.
This Normandale Cares grant provides emergency financial assistance for current students.
SNAP provides extra money for food each month, helping to stretch your budget.

Normandale eCare is low-cost virtual healthcare with real providers offered 24/7. Normandale eCare can be used by any currently enrolled Normandale student age 18 and older. Cost: $0-$50 per visit. Online interview visits are free. Visit types: online interview, chat, phone call, or video chat. Students must be located in the 50 states or Washington D.C. of the United States.

Normandale also offers virtual mental health and wellness services for students through Mantra Health.

MyHealth Reproductive Health Clinic
MyHealth for Teens and Young Adults will be a hosting reproductive health clinic for students at Normandale fall 2025.
Normandale Health Items Vending Machine
Normandale has a health items vending machine which includes over the counter medication, hygiene, and sexual healthcare products for purchase. The vending machine also includes free Naloxone (opioid overdose reversal nasal spray), fentanyl test strips, and xylezine test strips. Product List. Location: first floor Activities, across from the Student Resource Center (A 1560). The vending machine is provided in partnership with company Prosperum. The Naloxone and drug testing strips are provided by nonprofit Steve Rummler HOPE Network.

While the Student Resource Center can provide resources and recommendations with getting started on a housing search and finding roommates it is the student's responsibility to find and secure housing. Normandale does not provide housing for students.

Google Maps see how far it is to get from the housing option to Normandale (address: 9700 France Ave. S., Bloomington, MN 55431). In Google Maps the default is to show you by car. To the right of that is a bus icon for Transit. This option will show you about how long it takes using public transportation (bus and/or light rail).
If you plan on taking public transportation Normandale offers students a free Metro Transit bus/light rail pass, which offers unlimited Metro Transit rides for Normandale students. To see how accessible a housing option is by Metro Transit bus or light rail you can go to the Metro Transit web page then use the Trip planner to put your starting and ending address (Normandale is: 9700 France Ave. S., Bloomington, MN 55431)
