Last Day to Withdraw for Spring 2025 Courses
The last day to withdraw from most full-term courses is Tuesday, April 22, at 11:59 pm. The withdrawal function can be found in the “View/Modify Schedule” section of e-Services. If you are considering withdrawing from a course, it's a good idea to check in with your instructor – sometimes, it's still possible to complete a course. It's also good to remember that a D grade often meets a requirement toward graduation.
Withdrawing from a class may impact your academic standing and financial aid eligibility since the Satisfactory Academic Progress policy requires students to complete 66.66% of the credits for which they enroll.
If you are planning to withdraw from a course and have questions about how it may impact your completion rate and financial aid, connect with Student Services through drop-in services or online chat.
If you would like to discuss how a withdrawal will impact your academic plans or how you can use spring or summer options to stay on track, make an academic advising appointment or access live advisor chat for quick questions.
Changes coming to MNTC in Fall 2025!
In Fall semester 2025, the name of Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MNTC) Goal 7 will become Human Diversity, Race, Power and Justice in the United States. This change will allow students two options to satisfy the one-course requirement:
If you are looking to complete a Goal 7A or 7B course in fall semester, please use the “Advanced Search” option in e-Services to search under the “Minnesota Transfer Curriculum” section. And, after registration, always check your Degree Audit to confirm that the courses you registered for are meeting the requirements you intend to complete.
If you have already completed your MNTC Goal 7 requirement, no further action is needed.
