A GARDEN OF MANY PARTS - Japanese Numbers for a Japanese Garden
This newly published book became available for purchase at a September Festival. Japanese numbers are used with original drawings and haiku descriptions of Garden attractions. Students and families will find the simple line drawings of Garden scenes just right for coloring or watercolors. Ben Wong and Brooke Coe did the drawings.Japanese Garden Committee member Val Wagner originated the idea and wrote the haiku. The cost is $10 and your donations support the Garden.

The worksheet that students use in the tour is based on our new coloring book. Students locate one waterfall, two shelters, three islands, four bridges, etc. . . as an introduction to our amazing Japanese Garden, and they learn Japanese numbers 1-12.
